Specifically designed for those new to Belly Dance. Class incorporates the fundamental principles; muscle isolation, memory and strengthening, posture, flexibility, musicality, and preliminary movement vocabulary.

This class builds on the fundamental principles through development of movement patterns, transitions, choreography and creativity. Emphasis on stamina and the precision of movement execution.

Egyptian Technique with Ahava Wednesday's @ 7:45 pm - 8:45 pm
Join Ahava as she teaches technique in both modern and classical Egyptian dance! In this class, you will learn: posture, arms & hands, sharp hip movements, isolations & undulations, various rhythmic patterns and most importantly, how to BECOME the music.

Belly Dance Signature Style
Get inspired by watching video of renowned Belly Dancers from around the world! Class will begin with a screening of one dancer, followed by a breakdown of their signature style movement. This class is great for students who are looking to develop their style or professionals who are looking for some inspiration.

Belly Dance Kids (5-11yrs) with Samar Saturday's @ 11:15 am - 12:15 pm
A class designed for children to explore creativity in movement and trust their self-expression. This class will introduce the music and free, fun movement of Belly Dance. Please feel free to drop your child off for class and return at the end of class to pick your child up.

Pilates Boot Camp with Pascha Friday's @ 9:15 am - 10:15 am
The Pilates Bootcamp workout combines the key principles of Pilates core stability and traditional style of bootcamp training. Core Stabilization is one of the main focuses of the class, making your center, (or your core) a solid and strong foundation. Pilates Bootcamp workout will give you a powerful body resistance program. This is a full body conditioning program, which will lengthen and strengthen your muscles with the added advantage of improving your muscle-to-fat ratio and correcting your posture.

Pilates Mat with Ana Monday's @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Mat classes at Hipline Studios will change your body. You will learn the concepts of Pilates breath and movement which hlp you to strengthen your body. You will become more body aware and will see and feel a difference - you will feel stronger, longer, and more toned. Pilates is a low-impact way of exercising and toning your body, and the movement qualities are linear and precise. Each class includes working the core muscles of your body as well as stretching and trying to lengthen your muscles. Each person who walks in the door can benefit from this kind of workout and will have a sense of accomplishment when stepping out of the mat class.
