Power Pop is dynamic strength training for all women that is about applying intention to movement. The Choreographer-led moves integrate 3, 5 and 8 pound weights, resistance bands, stretching, and focused breathing.

Hipline fitness trainers take traditional workout routines and spice it up by integrating music and choreography to keep you smiling during the burn. Before you know it, you’re present, you’re in the zone and you’re pushing yourself to new heights. Closer to traditional dance class, Hipline technique is an opportunity to explore the individual dance backgrounds of our choreographers. Each class includes a juicy warm-up and one signature choreography mastered through repetition. Open to all levels. Drop-ins welcome.
