cancellation policies
All unaccounted reservations are released at class start.
You have up to 1 hour before class to cancel your reservation without a penalty. You can early-cancel yourself out of class via your online account or call us at 510.350.7784.
TIP If you are running late, call us and we will hold your spot.
Penalties for late-cancel
5, 10, 20 Class Passes, Warm Welcome Pass and Sugar Mama Pass
If you late-cancel for any of these passes, you will lose the class you reserved.
Miss Independent and One Month Unlimited
If you late-cancel for these passes, your account will be charged $5.
If you are on the wait list you are responsible for checking your on-line account to see if you have been added to the class. The aforementioned policy applies if you have been added to the class.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
You have up to 24 hours before the first day of the workshop to cancel your reservation. The amount you paid will be credited to your Hipline account. This credit can only be applied to a future workshop. If you are a "no show" or cancel within the 24 hours, you are responsible for the full class fee.
