Class Pass Sharing
Class passes cannot be shared nor transferred to another person. In the case you are not able to use your pass, refer to the Life Happens Policy further below..
Class cancellation/no show
Hipline has a 3 hour cancellation policy. All unaccounted reservations are released at class start. If you cancel within the 3 hours, your account will be deducted a class. This applies to Werkshops. If you are on any of the unlimited passes you will be charged $10.
Late Arrivals will not be admitted 10 minutes after class start time.
All personal belongings, including cell phones, must be kept in the locker room during your visit. We do not provide locks, feel free to bring your own.
Class wait list
If you agree to be added to the waitlist, you will be “bumped” into the class, when a spot becomes available. You are responsible for your reservation once you are added to the class. You can be bumped into the class anytime up to 3 hours before the class start (we have a 3 hr. cancellation policy).
You can see the status of your reservation via your on-line account, in the “my schedule” page under the “my info” tab. By clicking “on the upper right” you will see what number your spot on the waitlist. If you are in the class it will say “From the Waitlist-confirmed”.
When you are “bumped”, you will receive a courtesy confirmation e-mail from Hipline. It is not to be relied upon. Clients are responsible for managing their waitlists.
If you have not been “bumped” into the class from the waitlist 3hrs. before class start time, there may be spots available due to other clients “late canceling”.
You can call the studio during class hours. If you are not “bumped” into the class from the waitlist you will not be penalized if you do not remove yourself from the waitlist.
The age minimum to attend class is 15 years old. Children aged 13 and 14 may attend class with their parent/guardian. Please call the studio to arrange for your 13 or 14 year old child to attend class with you. Studio #510-893-1070
Hipline is a studio for females and those that identify as female.
Hipline reserves the right to cancel or implement class schedule changes, as necessary. It is in our process to notify clients that are affected by class cancellations. Hipline has an abbreviated class schedule on some National Holidays and is closed for the Winter Holiday for 2 weeks. We do not pro-rate during this period.
All class pass sales are final.
Auto-Pay Class Pass Terminations/Suspensions
Terminations & Suspensions are permitted with notification 15 days in advance of the next billing date. Suspensions are allowed in 30-day increments, starting the day of your next auto-renewal date. We do not pro-rate. All requests to terminate/suspend must be submitted firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any exceptions to the returns/exchanges policies are handled on a case by case basis. We will consider requests in the case of injury & bereavement, and will require an official note from a MD, DC, or PT to accompany your request. Requests must be submitted to email@example.com.
